Very good 5 star Godrej showroom and 5 star modular kitchen installation experience. We didn’t visit it but we got excellent service from them for installing modular kitchen. I stay at Yelahanka and contacted them for full replacement of existing modular kitchen. The showroom person sent Mr Somasundar to our residence on the same day, in fact within couple of hours.
Mr Somasundar has been exceptionally good throughout this project. He is a one of a kind, not only is he very good in his work, he also showed strong ethics and values during the entire interaction. He keeps his word. We had asked for modular kitchen execution to be completed before second week of Sept and he made sure that it was done by this timeline. Just to provide some details below
• He has sound technical knowledge, provides 3D designs quickly, provides helpful suggestions and improvements.
• gives personal attention to details in the project
• is totally involved from the time he comes to view the existing kitchen, till the new kitchen is fully installed and signed off by the customer
• He is very responsive, never misses to take phone calls and if he is not available, he will make sure to call back.
• He doesn’t rush the customer and is always calm and composed
• His team of people were also quite thorough and professional.
Overall, we had a very good and smooth experience. The only part to take care of is during dismantling of existing kitchen where we need to ensure that existing stuff that we want is kept aside so that it doesn’t get thrown and also that all the items that are dismantled are kept safely so that none of it gets lost.

Good franchisee of Godrej interio. We got our kitchen redone. The existing entire kitchen cabinets were removed by us and an empty kitchen wall to wall was handed over - as per their requirement. The team took measurements and rechecked the same. The design had been discussed with valuable inputs from one Mr Somasundaram who is young and energetic. The pre fabricated cabinets were assembled in about 6-7 hours remarkably well. Overall experience was good and free from hastles. Recommend for remodeling old kitchen.
